• Virtual WalkHome: Enables Campus Security to monitor users during their walk across campus. If a user feels unsafe, they can request assistance, ensuring a dispatcher oversees their journey until they arrive at their destination.
• Public Safety Escort: Provides a walking escort service for students, faculty, and staff traveling between on-campus locations.
• Friend Walk: Allows users to share their location with a friend via email or SMS. Once the request is accepted, the friend can track the user's real-time location until they reach their chosen destination safely.
• Emergency Plans: Offers access to crucial emergency documentation, preparing users for potential disasters or emergencies, even in offline mode.
• Panic Button / Mobile Bluelight: Instantly sends the user’s location to WCU security during a crisis situation.
