The features of WCU SAFE include:

 <li>Emergency Contacts: Quickly connect with appropriate services for both emergencies and non-emergency concerns within the WCU area.</li>
 <li>Virtual WalkHome: Enables Campus Security to monitor users during their walk across campus. If a user feels unsafe, they can request assistance, ensuring a dispatcher oversees their journey until they arrive at their destination.</li>
 <li>Public Safety Escort: Provides a walking escort service for students, faculty, and staff traveling between on-campus locations.</li>
 <li>Friend Walk: Allows users to share their location with a friend via email or SMS. Once the request is accepted, the friend can track the user's real-time location until they reach their chosen destination safely.</li>
 <li>Emergency Plans: Offers access to crucial emergency documentation, preparing users for potential disasters or emergencies, even in offline mode.</li>
 <li>Panic Button / Mobile Bluelight: Instantly sends the user’s location to WCU security during a crisis situation.</li>
 <li>Support Resources: Provides easy access to various support resources within a single application to enhance the overall experience at WCU.</li>
 <li>Safety Notifications: Delivers immediate notifications and instructions from WCU’s safety team in response to on-campus emergencies.</li>
